- Clínica del paciente:Paciente mujer de 53 años procedente de Colombia, con antecedentes de cáncer de ovario en remisión completa. Desde el 2022 diagnosticada de cáncer de endometrio, que se trata y durante el seguimiento refiere dolor en los miembros inferiores. Desde 2021 también presenta reflujo gastroesofágico que no mejora con Omeprazol.
